About The Role
We are a national transportation and mobility company operating across multiple markets, focused on delivering reliable service while continuously expanding our driver network.
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to support driver acquisition and growth initiatives by creating and launching high‑performing marketing campaigns. This role is focused on execution. You will be responsible for building the assets and campaigns that directly support driver recruitment and market growth.
What You’ll Do Campaign & Asset Creation
Build digital ads across platforms (Meta, Google, Indeed, etc.)
Create landing pages, email campaigns, and SMS communications
Develop recruiting materials (digital ads, flyers, onboarding content)
Produce market‑specific campaigns quickly and consistently
Creative Execution
Design clean, high‑converting visuals aligned with brand standards
Write clear, direct copy focused on driver opportunity and earnings
Adapt messaging across different markets and channels
Campaign Launch & Support
Launch and manage campaigns across multiple channels
Work closely with leadership to execute growth initiatives
Support rapid testing of new messaging, offers, and channels
Market Support
Create materials for local teams, events, and recruiting efforts
Customize campaigns based on market needs
Ensure consistency across all locations
What Success Looks Like
Fast turnaround on campaigns and creative assets
Consistent pipeline of marketing materials supporting growth
Improved performance of driver acquisition campaigns
Strong alignment with operations and leadership
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years in marketing, campaign execution, or creative roles
Experience creating digital ads, landing pages, and recruiting campaigns
Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
Ability to write clear, conversion‑focused copy
Highly organized and able to execute quickly
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
Nice to Have
Experience in gig economy, recruiting, or marketplace businesses
Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Indeed campaigns
Experience supporting multi‑location or national campaigns
