Job Description Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The
International Brand Marketing
Manager supports the global expansion of the Raising Cane’s Brand by deploying Brand strategy across international markets for both Company-owned and Franchise-owned Restaurants. This role conducts market analysis, supports the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns, and oversees the creation of marketing materials in partnership with the Director of Brand Marketing – UK, International Franchise Partners and other cross-functional teams. The position also leads onboarding and training for internal marketing roles supporting both Company and Franchise operations.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent global brand positioning while adapting marketing materials for cultural relevance; collaborate with regional marketing teams and Franchisee Marketing to maintain alignment
Conduct multi-market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and assess international consumer trends to guide programs and campaigns
Partner with international teams and Franchise Partners to develop and execute marketing plans, materials, and supporting tools that drive business performance
Lead and support onboarding, training, and development for international marketing roles across Company and Franchise organizations
Oversee and support the development of marketing materials and resources with Restaurant Support Office teams to support Company and Franchisee needs
Monitor and support marketing activity, providing guidance and expertise to maintain brand standards and drive profitability
Build and maintain strong working relationships with international teams and Franchise Partners through regular communication and collaboration
Travel Requirements:
Up to 30% domestic and international travel
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
5+ years of global or international marketing experience with a strong track record of partnering with internationally based teams
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Experience developing clear, actionable campaign briefs to guide cross‑functional creative and marketing teams
Strong cross-cultural communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and markets
Analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market viability and performance
Excellence project management ability with a proven track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution
Demonstrated capability to build business cases, influence stakeholders, and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives
Ability to work flexible or non-standard hours as needed to support international time zones and meeting schedules
