About the Role:
Big Human is seeking a Senior Content Producer to lead their editorial, copy, and email marketing efforts. This role is designed for a modern, AI-forward content operator who can translate strategy into high-quality storytelling at speed. You will own content execution end-to-end, collaborating closely with strategy, analytics, and operations.
Responsibilities
Write SEO-optimized articles, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and service pages.
Adapt voice across multiple brands.
Collaborate with SEO partners.
Write, build, and QA email campaigns.
Manage email campaign scheduling and execution, including A/B testing.
Use AI tools intentionally to increase velocity and quality, and refine prompts for strong first drafts.
Analyze content and email performance metrics and recommend iterations.
Proactively manage workflow, flag blockers, and operate independently.
Qualifications
NYC or Tri-State based (remote with occasional in-person opportunities).
6–9+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, lifecycle marketing, or a related role.
Agency or multi-brand experience.
Strong structural writing and self-editing skills.
Comfortable using AI as part of your daily workflow.
Ability to own work from draft to delivery and work comfortably in ambiguity.
Confident in client-facing settings.
Compensation:
$90,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience.
