Job Details We are seeking a Junior / Assistant Interior Designer to support high-end residential projects from concept through installation. This is an opportunity to work directly with senior designers and architects on fully custom homes, gaining exposure to every phase of the design process.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow within luxury residential interiors, develop strong technical and aesthetic skills, and contribute meaningfully to high-profile projects.
What You’ll Do
Support interior design development across all phases: concept, schematic design, design development, and construction
Assist with finish selections, material palettes, and FF&E sourcing
Create and maintain presentation materials, mood boards, and client deliverables
Develop drawings and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design tools
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed
Assist in preparing specification packages and schedules
Participate in client meetings and presentations
Support project installations and site visits as needed
Maintain organization of samples, materials library, and project documentation
What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in interior design, preferably residential
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
Strong design sensibility with an interest in high-end residential aesthetics
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow
