Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Tile Finishers/Tile Layers/Tile Setters to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with professional tile installation, is detail-oriented, and can work independently or as part of a team. This role involves handling all aspects of tile work, from preparation and layout to finishing and grouting.

Key Responsibilities:
Install tile on floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers from start to finish
Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, cutting, and leveling
Apply grout, sealants, and finishing touches to ensure a polished final product
Perform waterproofing procedures as required for wet areas
Ensure precise tile spacing, leveling, and alignment for professional results
Maintain clean and organized job sites before, during, and after installation
Communicate clearly with project managers and clients regarding progress and timelines
Adhere to safety standards and follow all company protocols on‑site
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
2+ years of professional tile installation experience
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Understanding of safety practices and ability to follow company procedures.
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting
Good communication skills and a professional attitude on the job site.
