What You Will Be Doing
Drive GTM growth experiments and measure results (outbound - warm and cold, events, SEO, product‑led growth tactics)
Prep and follow-through on strategic meetings (Board, enterprise deals, hiring, etc.)
Keep the trains running (calendar triage, email delegation, prioritization hygiene)
Ruthlessly optimize what’s slowing us down — and build systems that scale
You Might Be a Fit If
You’ve got
1–3 years
experience in high-intensity environments (early-stage startup, consulting, or SDR / BDR roles)
You're
insanely organized , detail-obsessed, and allergic to dropped balls. You close every single loop.
You’re
technical enough
to run Clay, Zapier, Hubspot automations, and leverage AI workflows (no coding experience required)
You’ve built something — a product, a process, a community, a growth experiment — and shipped it fast
Prior experience in early stage startups selling to enterprise is a big plus
