About the role The opportunity This is a founding growth role at an early stage, venture backed AI recruiting marketplace. The company does not wait for applications. It proactively finds strong candidates and guides them through getting hired. The business has reached roughly $1M in ARR , is growing fast, and recently raised a $3M pre-seed to scale what’s already working. You won’t inherit a playbook. You will build the growth engine. This role owns consumer growth from zero to one. Paid acquisition, outbound, content, and organic channels all matter. Everything gets treated as a system you test, measure, and improve. You own outcomes. Not activity. This role is for you if You’ve worked across growth and marketing in a hands‑on way You think in funnels and unit economics, not vanity metrics You like experimentation and iteration more than planning decks You want to build something new, not maintain something existing You’re comfortable being accountable for results You don’t need to have done everything listed below. You do need to be willing to learn fast and own what you touch. What you’ll work on Growth mindset and analytics Treat every channel as a test with clear hypotheses and metrics Define and track KPIs across the full funnel Turn product and recruiting insights into experiments that drive activation Outbound and demand generation Own and scale cold outreach to candidates and companies Manage email infrastructure and deliverability fundamentals Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition, starting with Meta and testing other channels where it makes sense Content and social Create content that converts, not just content that looks good Own distribution across social, email, and organic channels Maintain consistency in voice, copy, and basic visual standards SEO and organic growth Support SEO strategy through topic research and on‑page optimization Build content systems that compound over time Partnerships and events Support or manage partnerships that drive real usage Help plan and run small online or in‑person events with measurable impact Working environment Small team, early stage In person, high ownership environment Fast pace, low process Direct access to founders Strong bias toward execution This is not a role for someone who needs heavy structure or narrow scope.
