We are hiring aGrowth Managerto build and own a unified lead generation engine across all business units.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role.
You will be responsible for:
Building a centralized CRM and lead tracking system
Designing and launching lead generation funnels (Google Ads, landing pages, etc.)
Implementing call tracking and attribution
Improving conversion rates across websites
Creating clear reporting dashboards
Driving measurable increases in leads and revenue
This Is NOT
A social media posting role
A branding-only role
A coordinator position
