Demand Marketing Manager
Info Tech, Inc., Gainesville, FL, United States
Florida Main
2970 SW 50th Terrace
Gainesville, FL 32608, USA
Traditional lead gen is evolving—and we’re looking for the architect to lead the charge. We aren’t just looking for a manager to run campaigns; we’re looking for a
Demand Marketing Manager
who thrives at the intersection of data-driven strategy and AI-augmented execution.
If you’re obsessed with building sustainable MQL engines and want to leverage cutting-edge tools to automate personalization at scale, this is your playground.
What you’ll do As our Demand Marketing Manager, you will own the
MQL pipeline
from end to end. You’ll be the bridge between Market Strategy, Sales, and Product, ensuring that every lead we generate isn’t just a contact, but a high-intent opportunity ready for conversion.
You’ll spend your time in three high-impact areas:
Demand Generation & AI Strategy:
Designing multi-channel inbound strategies and implementing AI-driven lead scoring that adapts to buyer behavior in real-time.
Hyper-Personalized Journeys:
Mapping the prospect experience and using predictive analytics to deliver the right content at the exact moment of intent.
Optimization & Analysis:
Relentlessly testing, iterating, and reporting on ROI, CAC, and LTV to ensure our budget is working as hard as we are.
What You’ll Actually Do
Build the AI Ecosystem:
Go beyond basic email blasts. You’ll integrate machine learning tools for multivariate testing and use AI to amplify our reach across social, paid media, and search.
Own the Pipeline:
You’ll be responsible for the volume and quality of MQLs, using predictive analytics to find high-intent segments before the competition does.
Master the Channels:
Manage and optimize SEM, content marketing, and social media. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment with new tactics and fail fast to find the next big growth lever.
Drive Revenue Alignment:
You won't work in a silo. You'll partner closely with Sales to refine the lead-to-revenue workflow, ensuring a seamless handoff that maximizes conversion.
Content Innovation:
Use AI to repurpose high-impact assets (webinars, whitepapers) and personalize ad copy at a scale that was previously impossible.
What You’ll Bring to the Table We are looking for a seasoned marketer who can balance high-level strategy with technical execution.
You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in related field and 4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Your Experience
7+ years
of experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or a related growth role.
A background in
SaaS or the B2B technology
industry is highly preferred.
A
proven track record
of successfully scaling MQL volume and driving measurable revenue growth.
Deep expertise in inbound methodologies, SEO/SEM, and the art and science of content marketing.
Your Technical Toolkit
Marketing Automation Mastery:
Proficiency in platforms like
HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot .
Data & Analytics:
Strong skills in
Google Analytics , A/B testing frameworks, and performance tracking.
ABM Strategy:
Experience in
Account-Based Marketing
to target high-value prospects.
Productivity:
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Who You Are
A Data Native:
You don't just check reports; you live in the data. You understand how to translate raw numbers into actionable insights.
An AI Enthusiast:
You’re already experimenting with AI-driven content and automation tools to drive efficiency and personalization at scale.
A Growth Architect:
You view the marketing funnel as a living system that requires constant tuning, cluster testing, and optimization.
Strategic & Tactical:
You can zoom out to plan a quarterly budget and zoom in to dominate high-intent search terms.
