JL Schwieters Construction/Building Supply Inc. is seeking qualified and entry-level applicants for wood roof and floor trusses design positions
with a state-of-the-art truss facility. All current job openings are for
full-time employment with the industries top pay and full benefit package . JL Schwieters is a complete component/pre-fab manufacturer and full building supply center. We manufacture roof and floor trusses, wall panels, stairs, fireplace/entertainment centers and many other pre-fab components. Our labor division performs the field install of these products! Design work will be for single family homes, multi-family homes, and some light commercial projects. Qualified individuals to have experience with truss software preferably with MiTek Software but willing to cross train an individual with experience with another type of truss software. Currently we are using MiTek Sapphire for all truss designs along with all start of the art MiTek manufacturing equipment for production. Strong communication skills required.
