About This Role Reporting to the Brand Director, Catface is looking for an organized and proactive Junior Brand Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Brand team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys keeping projects organized, supporting team initiatives, and helping departments run smoothly. This role will work closely with Brand leadership and cross‑functional teams to coordinate projects, manage materials, track timelines, and help ensure the team stays aligned and on schedule. If you’re detail‑oriented, dependable, and enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, this role is a great place to start your career.

What You’ll Do

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Brand team and department leadership

Help organize and track team projects, timelines, and deliverables

Coordinate communication between the Brand team and other departments

Maintain and organize Brand team materials, templates, and internal resources

Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting notes or action items

Help manage department files, reference imaging, shared folders, and documentation

Support planning and logistics for internal Brand team initiatives or events

Assist leadership with presentations, reports, and team updates

Help ensure projects stay organized and deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of professional experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Cinematography, Film, English or related field preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

A collaborative mindset to work cross functionally

Must be at least 18 years old

Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice to Have

Experience supporting a department, team lead, or project‑based work

Experience with scriptwriting

Familiarity with project tracking

Experience organizing shared documents or digital assets

Interest in brand, design, communications, or creative teams
