About The Grands at Mulligans:
We're an all-inclusive wedding venue in Sartell, MN that handles everything in-house: chef-prepared food, DJ, coordination, decor, the works. We make weddings easy and fun for couples, and we want our social media to show that energy. What You’ll Actually Do:
Film on-site at weddings
(mostly Saturdays, some Fridays) to capture real moments, behind-the-scenes content, and couple reactions Edit and post content daily
across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (we're talking Reels, Stories, carousels, the whole thing) Start and maintain content series
(wedding day timelines, Q&As, trends, etc.) Engage with our community
- respond to comments, DMs, and keep the conversation going Stay on top of trends
and figure out how to make them work for a wedding venue The Schedule:
Weekend coverage:
Most Saturdays during wedding season (April-October), and Fridays. Expect to be on-site filming during peak months. Slower months might have weekends off. Weekday work:
Flexible hours for editing, posting, planning content, and managing engagement. Mostly remote. Total time:
10-20 hours/week depending on the season What We Need From You:
You're already good at Instagram/TikTok (show us accounts you run or your own content) Comfortable filming on iPhone or camera - we need someone who can work fast and capture the vibe You can edit quickly (CapCut, Premiere, whatever you use) Available on weekends during wedding season (this is non-negotiable) What You’ll Get:
Creative freedom to try new ideas and run with trends Flexible weekday schedule (work from home when you're not filming) Behind-the-scenes access to beautiful weddings every weekend Opportunity to build a killer portfolio We’re NOT Looking For:
Someone who just wants to post once a week Someone who can't work weekends Someone who needs heavy supervision or hand-holding
