Prepare quotes, enter order details, and coordinate schedules with production.
Maintain clear communication on approvals, updates, and delivery timing.
Support payment processing and customer record accuracy.
Contribute to repeat business through dependable, consultative service.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication with a professional tone.
High attention to detail across quoting, order entry, and follow-up.
Ability to juggle multiple customer conversations and deadlines.
Basic office/computer skills and comfort learning internal systems.
