Job Summary

Assist sales representatives and/or business development roles with administrative support specific to sales related activities. These activities include both pre-PO and post-PO activities. Objectives Assist in keeping all open opportunities on track and complete needed deliverables with quality and in a timely fashion. Become an extension of the sales team member to assist with daily project and tasks progression to allow the sales team more time to also focus on driving new business revenue. Duties And Essential Job Functions

Support sales representatives and/or business development roles by coordinating and administering sales-related activities across both pre-purchase order (Pre-PO) and post-purchase order (Post-PO) phases. Support sales representatives and/or business development roles by coordinating and administering sales-related activities across both pre-purchase order (Pre-PO) and post-purchase order (Post-PO) phases including a) materials only projects b) single vendor projects and c) multi-vendor projects. Assist with customer communication and onboarding activities, including supporting initial customer discussions to help establish scope, expectations, documentation requirements, and points of contact. Coordinate Pre-PO activities by gathering and confirming required inputs related to scope, feasibility, timing, pricing, and artwork to support accurate quotes and mockups. Act as an internal liaison between Sales, Design, Estimating, Project Management, Quality, and Operations to facilitate information flow and alignment in support of customer programs. Communicate customer priorities, timelines, and required due dates to internal teams; escalate issues or capacity constraints to Sales or leadership when customer commitments may be impacted. Support the monitoring of Pre-PO and onboarding processes by identifying issues, documenting gaps, and providing feedback to Sales and leadership for continuous improvement. Assist with customer-facing coordination related to corrective actions by supporting communication, documentation, and escalation, while partnering with Quality and internal teams responsible for resolution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity, and activity records in Salesforce to support forecasting, quoting, reporting, and customer continuity. Provide administrative and coordination support for sales and marketing initiatives, including internal campaigns, retail audits, display award submissions, and other sales-related projects as needed. Maintain a working knowledge of company products, capabilities, lead times, materials, and program constraints to support accurate information sharing and customer communications. Minimum Required High School Diploma or equivalent or combination of education and experience. 2+ years experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, customer service, or project coordinator role Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, packaging or industrial environment. Experience coordinating activities across multiple internal teams (Sales, Operations, estimating, design, quality or production) Preferred Experience in corrugated packaging/display industry Intermediate excel skills preferred HRMS ERP software experience Salesforce software experience
