About the Role
Sales Administrator / Customer Service Specialist at Quantic Wenzel, based in Austin, Texas. Responsible for order entry, customer communication, and administrative support within the RF and microwave industry.
Key Responsibilities
Order entry via ERP/CRM system, purchasing, review and process customer purchase orders with Quality, Program Management, and planners.
Direct contact with customers regarding order status, expediting, purchasing, PO confirmations, etc.
Interface with clients, Sales Representatives, account managers, and internal departments; assist in resolving client‑related administrative issues.
Light purchasing duties.
Answer and direct phone calls; call and/or receive calls from new and existing customers.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Assist accounting with customer invoicing processing.
Maintain contact in ACT database.
Main point of contact for internal and external customers.
Interface with customers, Sales Representatives, program managers, and all internal departments; assist in resolving customer‑related administrative issues.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a sales environment; experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
Self‑motivated, multitasking wizard, and detail‑oriented.
Excellent prioritization skills and ability to thrive in high‑pressure situations.
Team player with logical thinking, ready to tackle customer challenges.
High ethical standards.
