Position Overview High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top tier sales people who are self‑motivated, self‑managing, and do not need constant hand‑holding.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who need to make money out of desperation
Agents who can’t buy their own leads
Agents who require constant hand‑holding
Agents who sell low‑premium policies ($30‑$70/month)
Agents who are not coachable or have a huge ego
Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively
Agents comfortable showing high‑premium products; our average client pays over $250/month
Agents who are self‑motivated and ready to follow a system that already works
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high‑end insurance carriers that sell IUL (indexed universal life), IBC (infinite banking concept), and FIA (fixed indexed annuities).
We conduct 100% of our business through virtual sales (telephone and/or Zoom) meetings.
Average agent spends $1,000–$1,500 per week on leads and writes $7,000–$15,000 in premium.
We do not offer a lead‑assist program.
We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source for all high‑end agents.
We just need more agents.
