Description Technical Sales & Customer Support

Serve as a trusted technical resource for OEM customers, helping assess project requirements and identify suitable manufacturing solutions.

Translate customer needs into clear technical and commercial scopes for internal review.

Support early‑stage conversations by explaining feasibility, timelines, and cost drivers.

Account Management & Opportunity Development

Manage a steady flow of inbound customer inquiries with timely, professional follow‑up.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts while identifying areas for expansion.

Gradually take on proactive outreach to develop selective new OEM opportunities.

Participate in limited regional travel (0‑30%) to engage key customers and support long‑term growth.

Internal & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with engineering, operations, and internal sales to ensure accurate quoting and clear customer requirements.

Facilitate smooth project hand‑offs from early engagement through production.

Represent customer needs internally while aligning with manufacturing capabilities.

Contribute insights to pricing, margin considerations, and long‑term account planning.

Develop technical knowledge and commercial acumen through mentorship and on‑the‑job learning.

Progress into a more strategic business development role as responsibilities and experience grow.

Profile

Brings experience in manufacturing, engineered components, or plastics, with exposure to injection molding or related production environments preferred.

Demonstrates strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn multiple manufacturing processes.

Communicates clearly and professionally, translating technical requirements into actionable guidance for customers.

Excels at managing inbound opportunities while progressively building confidence in selective outbound development.

Thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering, operations, and internal sales.

Shows strong organization, follow‑through, and comfort supporting multiple active customer projects.

Willing to travel regionally on a limited basis (0‑30%).

Holds a technical or business‑related degree or equivalent hands‑on industry experience.

Job Offer

Competitive compensation with OTE around $150K-$160K, depending on experience.
