Imagine Staffing is recruiting for a Real Estate Paralegal to join our client, an established law firm in Fort Mill, SC that serves clients in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Role & Responsibility: Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
Review residential closings to ensure compliance with SC and NC law, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and outstanding client experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, lenders, and brokers, representing the firm with professionalism and responsiveness.
Participate in local networking, marketing, and outreach efforts to expand the firm's client base and enhance its presence in Fort Mill and surrounding communities.
Work closely with paralegals, staff, and firm leadership to ensure efficient operations and a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance service quality, and support firm growth initiatives.
Skills & Experience: Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive:
2+ years of experience working as a paralegal, specifically in real estate law.
Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, practices, and legal concepts.
Knowledge and use of Qualia
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
HUD/ALTA Preparation/Revisions/Balancing with lender/Balancing Register, etc.
