About Our Company We are a privately‑held independent fastener distribution company that provides Class ‘C’ items, safety equipment (PPE), kits and assemblies, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs, and other supplies used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers’ needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establish relationships with customers that will garner additional business
Ensure customer quotes and orders are entered accurately and in a timely fashion
Assist customers with finding solutions to address their needs
Support Field Sales Representatives
Educate customers on company products, services, and capabilities
Establish and maintain vendor relationships
Qualification Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Positive and strong work ethic
High attention to detail
Creativity and a desire to WORK HARD and HAVE FUN
Entrepreneurial, aggressive and dedicated achiever
Additional Experience (Plus but Not Required)
Prior technical sales or customer service experience
Knowledge of fasteners
Epicor P21 experience
An associate, technical or bachelor degree
