Technical Inside Sales Representative

Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with customers that will garner additional business
Ensure customer quotes and orders are entered accurately and in a timely fashion
Assist customers with finding solutions to address their needs
Support Field Sales Representatives
Educate customers on company products, services, and capabilities
Establish and maintain vendor relationships
Qualification Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Positive and strong work ethic
High attention to detail
Creativity and a desire to work hard and have fun
Entrepreneurial, aggressive and dedicated achiever
The Following Experience Is a Plus But Not Required:
Prior technical sales or customer service experience
Knowledge of fasteners
Epicor P21 experience
Associate, technical, or bachelor degree
