: Customer Service Representatives serve as the frontline contact for the BMV. They provide timely and accurate customer service, utilizing communication and computer skills, along with on-the-job training, to assist millions of Hoosiers with their BMV needs. Salary Statement

: The starting salary for this position is $29,588.00. A Day in the Life:

The essential functions include: Conducting customer transactions using your knowledge Answering questions and providing guidance to customers Assisting with opening and closing the branch Checking transactions for accuracy and proper accounting Working with leadership to resolve escalated concerns and system issues Filing applications throughout the day This description is not exhaustive; duties may change or be added at any time without notice. Applicants must meet these requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills Ability to process cash and card transactions Willingness to travel up to 20% to branches, training, or community activities Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:

This role may include supervisory duties depending on agency needs.
