Order Entry Specialist

HayCo Direct is a family farm located in Northeast Nebraska and has been in operation since 1888. The location, which is in a semi-arid climate with fertile soil, makes the farm ideal for top quality alfalfa and grass hay production. HayCo Direct produces all types of alfalfa and grass hay for all types of applications including dairy, horse, beef, feedlot, sheep, and rabbit.

Position Overview We are hiring an

Order Entry Specialist

to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Responsibilities Enter and verify customer orders

Confirm pricing, quantities, and availability

Coordinate deliveries with logistics

Maintain accurate records

Requirements

Qualifications Experience in order entry or admin roles preferred

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable with spreadsheets and systems

Work Schedule Monday–Friday

Flexibility during peak seasons

Salary & Benefits $18 – $22/hr
