As a Senior Product Manager - Strategic Priority Management within PNC's Asset Management Group Investment Office organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA. The Senior Product Manager Strategic Priority Management will contribute to managing and driving strategic priorities within the PNC Asset Management Group (AMG) Investment Office. In this role, you will lead stakeholders through discovery efforts, finalizing scope and delivering operational and technology based strategic solutions. Addressing the overarching need of business success requires you to navigate a framework that includes compliance, risk, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include: Defining and conveying the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product for business objectives of the AMG Investment Office Being accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the project plan, risk and issue log Documenting action items and holding stakeholders accountable for assigned tasks Working closely with the stakeholders to ensure all potential solutions are considered before making final decisions and providing critical challenge to those decisions Coordinating with project managers, technology team, and controls partners for Change Governance Preferred experience/skills include: Experience with project management lifecycle processes, both agile and waterfall Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while staying aligned to overarching line of business strategy Provide critical challenge to ensure the best decisions are made Familiarity with compliance, risk, and control frameworks in the financial services/investment industry Strong analytical and communication skills to properly capture business needs, critical discussion items and decisions along with capturing and assigning action items A take charge attitude and ability to hold resources senior to you accountable for meeting deadlines PMP certification PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
