We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to drive new client partnerships and grow existing relationships in the Boston market. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is competitive, curious, and motivated by uncapped earnings and career growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
Build and manage relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
Understand client hiring needs and position Mondos recruiting and talent solutions
Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to deliver top candidates
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business
Maintain consistent activity levels including calls, meetings, and pipeline development
Drive revenue growth through new accounts and account expansion
Qualifications
05 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals
Comfortable working in a high-activity, metrics-driven environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a long-term sales career
