Marketing Manager Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 26.44 to $ 28.84 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Occasional weekend work may be required for events or shows Lead marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue Manage CRM, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and lead tracking Create and oversee lead generation campaigns across digital, print, and field channels Track and report on KPIs Plan and optimize digital marketing (SEO, social, paid ads, AI tools) Manage print marketing materials and strategy Coordinate canvassing programs for lead generation Plan and execute events (home shows, trade shows, community events) Oversee event logistics, vendors, staffing, and performance tracking Partner with sales and call center teams to improve lead flow and follow-up Manage marketing budget and allocate resources based on performance Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities Lead and support marketing staff, vendors, and contractors Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Marketing Manager Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience (D2C, home improvement, manufacturing preferred) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Experience with CRM, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and lead generation Strong analytical skills (KPIs, budgets, performance tracking) Leadership experience managing teams and vendors Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset Professional, reliable, and accountable Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
