About the role: The Commercial Coordinator Analyst is an execution‑driven role within the Operations & Enablement arm, responsible for driving and supporting key initiatives that strengthen the Global Pricing Team’s operational foundation. Focused on enablement, this role turns strategy into action‑executing process improvements, deploying new tools, and helping the team scale best practices across markets.
A major responsibility of this role is leading the CoCo (Commercial Coordinator) process for FIS’s most complex commercial opportunities, ensuring disciplined execution, clear communication, and strong cross‑functional alignment. In parallel, the analyst helps operationalize and drive the team’s initiatives, by applying AI, automation and other intelligent tooling to streamline workflows, reduce cycle time, and elevate pricing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structured execution, precision, and enabling teams to work smarter and faster through technology, process discipline, and consistent delivery.

About the Team: The Global Pricing Team is a unified, enterprise‑wide function responsible for shaping how FIS prices, positions, and operationalizes its solutions across markets. Anchored in three complementary functional arms—Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, and Operations & Enablement—the team partners closely with Sales, Solution Management, Finance, and Commercial Leadership to drive disciplined, data‑driven, and scalable pricing excellence.
Location Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Job Responsibilities
Lead the CoCo Process for Complex Projects: Own and execute the end‑to‑end Commercial Coordinator (CoCo) process for the organization’s most complex, multi‑faced commercial opportunities—ensuring clarity, rigor, alignment, strong cross‑functional coordination, and disciplined execution.
Drive Innovation Across Pricing Operations: Identify opportunities to modernize how the Pricing organization operates, introducing new ideas, frameworks, and capabilities that improve speed, simplicity, transparency, and consistency.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence to Accelerate Outcomes: Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI‑powered tools that automate manual work, enhance analysis, improve data quality, accelerate deal support, and strengthen decision‑making across teams.
Advance Process Optimization & Standardization: Lead initiatives that redesign workflows, streamline handoffs, eliminate inefficiencies, and create reusable templates, structures, and documentation that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Enhance Tools, Systems, and Data Infrastructure: Partner with Strategy, Deal Desk, Operations, and cross‑functional teams to improve pricing systems, data models, automation, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
Serve as a Connector Across Functions: Act as a central point linking Strategy, Deal Desk, Operations & Enablement, Sales, Solution Management, and Finance, ensuring insights, standards, and innovations are adopted, scaled, and sustained.
What you need:
+4 years of experience in fintech industry, finance, product, strategy, pricing, program management or consulting
Experience leveraging AI‑powered tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and accelerate operational execution.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem‑solving skills with ability to understanding drivers and impacts.
Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization.
Highly organized, proactive, tenacious, and detail oriented.
Ability to exercise sound business judgment in decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of technical and non‑technical colleagues.
Strong sense of integrity and ethics.
