Summary The Services Marketing team brings digital services to life through storytelling, partnerships, and creative execution across platforms. This role supports campaigns that connect with audiences through culture, creators, and social content.
The Social Project Manager supports earned social partnerships, user-generated content (UGC), and creator-led marketing initiatives by managing workflows, timelines, and coordination across internal teams, external partners, and creators. This position focuses on operational excellence—ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with brand standards while delivering high-quality campaign outcomes.
Our Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in project management within social media, creator marketing, or digital content environments
Passion for social media, creator ecosystems, and digital marketing with a strong foundation in project coordination and campaign execution
Proficient in project management tools and workflow systems, with strong organizational and operational skills
Familiar with social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other digital content channels
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional marketing, communications, editorial, and creative teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Experience coordinating with external vendors, creators, and influencers to deliver social and marketing initiatives
Job Description In this role, you will manage the operational and project management components of creator-led and earned social initiatives. You’ll partner with cross-functional marketing teams, external partners, and creators to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with campaign goals.
This includes developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress and proactively identifying risks, delays, or dependencies. You will serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also support project budgeting by tracking expenses and assisting with financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include coordinating resources and deliverables, maintaining project documentation and status reports, communicating updates to stakeholders, and ensuring creative and messaging deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Background in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or content production
Experience supporting social campaigns and creator partnerships across major social platforms

The pay for this W-2 position is $69.00 per hour
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
