Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst in Real Estate Investment
Join a growing, entrepreneurial real estate investor and asset manager in a newly created impact role, working directly with the Founders and Executive team. This position is ideal for a highly analytical, strategic-minded individual, whether a financial analyst seeking broader impact or an accountant with a forward-looking, strategic focus. Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Modeling:
Take ownership of all financial analysis, forecasting, and planning activities for real estate investment deals. Model potential deals and present findings to leadership and investment partners. Re-forecasting:
Re-forecast existing deals and adjust models to reflect changing interest rates or circumstances impacting financial outcomes. Financial Review:
Review financial statements prepared by property management partners, identify anomalies, and investigate discrepancies. Process Improvement:
Utilize strong technology skills to enhance efficiency, speed, and effectiveness of financial processes. Company Culture & Benefits
