Livestock Marketing Operations Manager - Precision Animal Health
Precision Animal Health (PAH) is seeking a Livestock Marketing Operations Manager to lead end-to-end marketing operations across our beef and dairy portfolios. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Livestock Marketing team, driving projects to completion through cross‑functional coordination, agency management, budget oversight, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with the ability to translate technical animal health expertise into clear, compelling customer‑facing materials.
This is a full‑time position reporting into the PAH Livestock Marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for Bader Rutter (agency of record) and FWD, managing workflow, timelines and strategic alignment
Manage contracted creative resource (Inman Creative), including workload prioritization and deliverable quality
Ensure all external partners adhere to brand standards, compliance requirements and project deadlines
Budget and Financial Management
Own and manage the Livestock Marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking and spend reporting
Track POs, invoices and vendor payments through internal systems in coordination with finance and procurement
Monitor paid media budgets and performance, ensuring optimization recommendations are documented and actioned
Drive Beef Team sales enablement, developing tools and assets that empower the field sales organization
Translate technical product knowledge into customer‑ready messaging such as sales decks, one‑pagers, FAQs and use‑case sheets
Align messaging with commercial strategy across beef and dairy portfolios
Marketing Project Management
Plan, manage and deliver marketing projects from brief through distribution across the full livestock portfolio
Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, agencies and vendors; create timelines, manage risks and maintain speed to market
Manage tasks in Asana including assignments, due dates, dependencies and status tracking
Review Coordination and Compliance
Manage Marketing Legal and Regulatory Review through defined stage gates and approvals
Maintain trails of feedback, redlines and final approvals across all deliverables
Earned and Paid Media
Oversee earned media engagements including outreach coordination, briefing materials and press responses
Manage paid media buys with agency partners, including brief development, asset readiness and flight scheduling
Qualifications Required
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or marketing management, preferably within animal health, agriculture, or life sciences
Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and creative vendors
Proven ability to manage marketing budgets with financial rigor and accountability
Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Asana or similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear, customer‑facing materials
Experience developing sales enablement content and partnering with commercial teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred
Experience in the livestock or animal health industry, with familiarity across beef and dairy segments
Background in managing paid and earned media programs
Experience navigating legal and regulatory review processes for marketing materials
Familiarity with procurement and finance workflows related to vendor management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $72,000 - $118,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This position is also eligible for short‑term incentive compensation.
This position is also eligible for long‑term incentives.
