About the Role Brand & Product Manager – Irvine, CA (Full-Time, In-Person)
We're building a fast, sharp, in-person product team in Orange County — and were looking for someone who can help create, launch, and scale digital products that impact thousands and generate multi–7 to 8 figures.
You’ll help build products, communities, coaching programs, customer experiences, and internal systems that make our offers world-class. If you love turning ideas into structured products, organizing chaos, and leading teams toward excellence — you’ll thrive here.
Responsibilities
Build and structure digital products, offers, and communities
Coordinate product launches and manage timelines and deliverables
Oversee customer experience and support workflows
Improve processes and ensure operational excellence
Collaborate with leadership to bring new ideas to life
Track progress and resolve execution challenges
Maintain high standards for product quality and performance
Expectations / What You Need
Understand people: engagement, buying, and user behavior
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable on camera and confident communicating
Ambitious, driven, and willing to take ownership
Energetic, extroverted, and team-focused
Adaptable and executes quickly under pressure
Ideal Candidate. You might have:
Managed social media for a local business or your college club
Coordinated events or campaigns in some capacity
Built a small personal brand (5K followers, not 50K)
Worked in retail/hospitality and understand customer psychology
Been a marketing intern somewhere
Or literally just graduated and is hungry to prove yourself
You don’t need to have:
Years of launch coordination experience
A big portfolio of brands she’s built
Corporate marketing experience
You need to have:
Understanding of what makes people click/buy/engage
Basic organizational skills (can manage a calendar, keep track of things)
Comfort on camera (don’t freeze, can be natural)
Ambition to prove herself
Energy and personality (extroverted, people-person)
