The Project Manager will lead the enterprise rollout of Nozomi Networks across global manufacturing and operational technology (OT) environments. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of the Nozomi deployment program, coordinating across cybersecurity, IT, manufacturing engineering, plant operations, and third‑party vendors to ensure successful, on‑time, and low‑risk implementations.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex, multi‑site technology deployments in regulated manufacturing environments and is comfortable navigating OT constraints such as change freezes, site readiness variability, and production‑critical systems.

Key Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership

Own the master rollout plan for Nozomi deployments across manufacturing sites, including pilots, phased rollouts, and steady‑state expansion

Establish and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple sites

Drive weekly project cadence, status reporting, RAID logs, and executive‑level updates

Cross‑Functional Coordination

Act as the primary coordination point between:

Cybersecurity (OT Security, SOC, Architecture)

IT Network and Infrastructure teams

Manufacturing Engineering and Plant Operations

External vendors and professional services (e.g., Nozomi, systems integrators)

Ensure alignment on scope, deployment approach, and sequencing across sites with differing architectures and maturity levels

Site Readiness & Deployment Management

Lead site readiness activities, including coordination of network documentation, asset inventories, and change management prerequisites

Manage site‑specific deployment schedules, accounting for production constraints, change freeze windows, and local approval processes

Track hardware procurement, shipping, racking, and installation timelines

Risk, Change & Dependency Management

Identify and manage risks related to OT environments, including operational impact, visibility gaps, and dependency on site‑specific changes

Coordinate formal change management processes (CAB submissions, approvals, and scheduling)

Proactively manage interdependencies with parallel initiatives (e.g., SOC integrations, data pipelines, legacy OT tools)

Integration & Operationalization

Coordinate integration activities with downstream systems (e.g., SOC, SIEM, data platforms)

Support transition from deployment to steady‑state operations, including documentation, handoff, and operational readiness

Ensure lessons learned from early sites are captured and applied to future rollouts

Governance & Documentation

Maintain clear documentation for deployment standards, rollout waves, site artifacts, and executive summaries

Ensure adherence to internal cybersecurity, compliance, and governance requirements

Support audit and leadership inquiries related to rollout status and risk posture

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing multi‑site deployments in manufacturing, industrial, or OT environments

Strong understanding of OT vs. IT differences, including production risk, change management, and site variability

Demonstrated ability to coordinate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Experience working with third‑party vendors and professional services teams

Strong organizational, communication, and executive‑presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with OT security platforms (e.g., Nozomi, Tenable.ot, Claroty, similar)

Experience working in regulated or highly operationally sensitive environments (medical devices, pharma, manufacturing, energy)

Experience operating within formal enterprise governance or stage‑gate models

Key Success Factors

Ability to drive progress without disrupting production operations

Comfort managing ambiguity across sites with different levels of documentation and readiness

Strong follow‑through on dependencies, action items, and vendor commitments

Clear, concise communication to both plant‑level teams and senior leadership

Discipline in applying lessons learned to continuously improve rollout efficiency
