The Director of National Accounts plays a key leadership role in driving strategic growth across our high-value national clients and prospects. This role is responsible for developing and executing account strategies that expand revenue, strengthen brand loyalty, and deepen partnerships with top-tier accounts. Their primary focus is to proactively lead strategic business development efforts, foster collaboration across local offices, and ensure alignment between national objectives and local execution. The Director of National Accounts acts as both a relationship architect and strategic partner, representing the company at the highest level of client engagement. What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Sales and Business Development Manages a pipeline exceeding $12.5 million annually and ensures strong execution on account goals and objectives. Supports strategic account development by helping to design and implement growth strategies, and strengthen year-over-year client relationships. Develops and maintains key client relationships, gathering insights, updating client profiles, and ensuring proposals and deliverables align with client priorities and business objectives. Account Management & Client Engagement Represents the brand in the field, providing on-site support to local offices and maintaining continuity of client engagement when senior leaders are unavailable. Provides sales and operational support, including preparing presentations, managing RFP responses, and ensuring timely follow-up. Cross-Market Collaboration & Alignment Sets the standard for internal communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment between National Sales, local offices, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client service. What Success Looks Like
National accounts generate consistent revenue growth, with the Director effectively managing a strong pipeline and meeting or exceeding defined revenue, new business, and gross profit targets. Strategic account plans drive measurable results, expanding client engagement and increasing share-of-wallet across key national accounts. Key national clients view Access as a trusted strategic partner, demonstrated through repeat business, multi-year partnerships, and strong client feedback. Collaboration between National Sales, local offices, and cross-functional teams results in seamless client experiences and consistent service delivery across destinations. National account opportunities are supported through strong client engagement, timely RFP responses, and strategic presentations that strengthen Access' position in competitive pursuits. The Director represents Access with professionalism and credibility in client interactions and industry settings, contributing to the company's reputation and growth in the marketplace. About Access

Demonstrated ability to produce $3.5m or more in self-generated business annually. Proven experience managing complex account relationships, multi-stakeholder decision makers, and enterprise-level buying processes. Demonstrated success developing account strategies that drive multi-year revenue growth and expand client share-of-wallet. Experience leading cross-market collaboration and influencing local teams to execute national strategies consistently and effectively. Strong financial and business acumen, with experience managing large pipelines, revenue forecasting, budgeting considerations, and profitability targets. Advanced negotiation experience involving MSAs, large-scale program contracts, and complex service agreements. Proven executive presence with experience engaging senior-level client stakeholders (Procurement, Marketing, Sales Leadership, C-Suite). Demonstrated leadership in high-performance sales environments with the ability to influence without direct authority. Experience mentoring junior sellers or contributing to team development and best practice sharing. Ability to translate market intelligence and industry trends into actionable account strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value priorities while maintaining strategic focus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
