Senior Electrical Estimator- (Preconstruction Leader)

We are looking for a
Senior Electrical Estimator
who wants more than just preparing bids — someone who wants to influence strategy, drive preconstruction decisions, and help scale a high-growth organization.
What You’ll Do
Lead preconstruction and estimating strategy for commercial electrical and general construction projects.
Evaluate and select bid opportunities alongside leadership.
Develop conceptual, schematic, and final estimates.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals.
Drive value engineering initiatives to improve project competitiveness
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Collaborate closely with project management to ensure successful project handoff

What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years in electrical estimating (commercial preferred)
Experience in preconstruction and bid strategy
Familiarity with tools like Accubid and On-Screen Takeoff (preferred, not required)
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience in general construction estimating
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
