Our client is seeking an experienced IT Digital Business Analyst to support digital initiatives and technology‑driven projects in a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH. This position is ideal for a seasoned business analyst with strong digital and UX project experience who can partner effectively with technical teams and communicate confidently with executive‑level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Serve as a Business Analyst supporting digital and technology initiatives
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Support digital and UX‑focused project delivery
Collaborate closely with product, UX, development, and technology teams
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
Manage and maintain requirements, user stories, and backlogs in JiraFacilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
Communicate project status, risks, and insights to executive leadership
Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Proven experience supporting digital and UX‑driven projects
Strong hands‑on experience using Jira for requirements and backlog management
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Ability to communicate effectively with executive‑level stakeholders
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
