Salary:
$16 - $20
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

This is a key role within a busy service operation where you'll be the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and the office. If you're highly organized, customer-focused, and great at multitasking, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do: Answer and manage a high volume of inbound customer calls Dispatch technicians for service, maintenance, and emergency calls Provide real-time updates and excellent customer service Track schedules, service orders, and communications Support administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting Assist with permits and learn internal software systems What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or high-call environments preferred Detail-oriented with solid computer skills (Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems) This role sits at the front desk, so professionalism and a personable attitude are key-you'll be the first impression for both customers and visitors.
