Warehouse / Packaging Associate The Warehouse / Packaging Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations with a focus on packaging, order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized workspace. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a hardworking team. Key Responsibilities Packaging & Order Prep: Package products carefully and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality. Picking & Packing: Pick items from inventory and pack orders according to company standards. Shipping Support: Assist with labeling, staging, and preparing outgoing shipments. Receiving Assistance: Help unload and organize incoming materials and products. Warehouse Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Put products away in the correct locations. Inventory Support: Assist with counting inventory and reporting any discrepancies. Quality Checks: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging or shipping. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Skills & Qualifications No prior warehouse experience required (training provided). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift. Basic communication skills. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Preferred (Not Required) Previous warehouse, packaging, or labor experience. Familiarity with hand tools or basic warehouse equipment. Working Conditions Part Time with hours between Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Active, physical role (standing, walking, lifting throughout the day). Occasional overtime based on workload.
