Client Service Representative (CSR) - Veterinary Hospital
Location: VCA All About Pets Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Saturday; may include some holidays About Us: At VCA All About Pets, we pride ourselves on providing compassionate, high-quality care for our animal patients in a fun, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team and be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients. Job Summary: The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the veterinary team. Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and patients warmly, both in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain accurate client and patient records Assist with check-in/check-out procedures Process payments and handle client billing questions Communicate effectively with the veterinary team regarding patient needs Support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail Occasionally assist with basic animal care tasks under supervision Qualifications: Prior experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working Monday through Saturday, with occasional holidays Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why Join Us: Fun, friendly, and supportive work environment Opportunities to grow and learn within the veterinary field Work with a passionate team dedicated to animal care To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your veterinary experience.
