We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team and be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients. The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the veterinary team. Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital is highly preferred. Key responsibilities include: Greet clients and patients warmly, both in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain accurate client and patient records Assist with check-in/check-out procedures Process payments and handle client billing questions Communicate effectively with the veterinary team regarding patient needs Support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail Occasionally assist with basic animal care tasks under supervision Qualifications: Prior experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working Monday through Saturday, with occasional holidays Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why join us: Fun, friendly, and supportive work environment Opportunities to grow and learn within the veterinary field Work with a passionate team dedicated to animal care To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your veterinary experience.
