We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team and be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients.
Job Summary The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the veterinary team. Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients warmly, both in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Assist with check‑in/check‑out procedures
Process payments and handle client billing questions
Communicate effectively with the veterinary team regarding patient needs
Support a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail
Occasionally assist with basic animal care tasks under supervision
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable working Monday through Saturday, with occasional holidays
Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
