Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multifamily construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise. Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site. Support budgeting and cost estimation activities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. A successful APM - Multifamily Construction should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Experience in multifamily construction projects within the construction industry. 1-3 years' experience in construction (multifamily preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow What's on Offer
