Automotive Parts Sales Specialist
Provide and sell automotive parts and accessories to customers over the counter and over the phone while delivering exceptional customer service. Manage wholesale accounts by taking orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for dealerships and repair shops. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers. Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items. Pull and fill orders from stock, verifying accuracy and inventory levels. Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Pull and organize parts daily for service department repair orders, supporting efficient workflow and reduced downtime. Prior automotive dealership parts experience is required, with at least 1 year of experience as a Parts Counter Sales, or in Wholesale. Must be a team player. Provide excellent customer service. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
