Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:
Resolve customer issues and requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner Communicate clearly and concisely Achieve customer satisfaction on all customer inquiries across multiple communication channels Strive for first contact resolution
Qualifications of the Call Center Representative:
Attendance is crucial in this role. You must be able to attend work during your scheduled shifts. High school diploma or GED required Customer service experience preferred Basic computer and keyboard skills Basic math skills
