Traveling Superintendent - Key Responsibilities Manage On-Site Operations:
Oversee all construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. Coordinate Teams and Vendors:
Direct subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Lead Daily Site Activities:
Handle logistics, sequencing, and workforce coordination. Enforce Safety Compliance:
Maintain OSHA and building code standards across all sites. Maintain Project Documentation:
Track daily logs, progress reports, and schedules. Ensure Quality Control:
Conduct inspections and verify work meets project specifications. Communicate Across Teams:
Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Develop Field Staff:
Mentor and support junior superintendents. Travel Nationwide:
Support projects across the country as required. 4+ years in commercial construction, with ground-up project experience preferred. Willingness to Travel:
