Phase 1 project: When a new maintenance request comes in, we want a system that pulls together a near-real-time 360 summary for our team, including items like: tenant payment history / balance tenant tenure renewal / lease context maintenance history notes summary maintenance cost history for that unit / tenancy This is for
human triage , not full automation. The goal is to help our team make faster, better dispatch decisions.
