We are a property management company looking for someone with
Buildium API / webhook
experience, or similar property management software integration experience. Phase 1 project: When a new maintenance request comes in, we want a system that pulls together a near-real-time 360 summary for our team, including items like: tenant payment history / balance tenant tenure renewal / lease context maintenance history notes summary maintenance cost history for that unit / tenancy This is for
human triage , not full automation. xywuqvp The goal is to help our team make faster, better dispatch decisions. If phase 1 goes well, we may continue with additional workflow projects in: collections leasing other operational automations Please reply with: relevant Buildium or PMS integration experience examples of similar workflow tools you’ve built your proposed approach for phase 1 your fixed-price estimate your hourly rate for future work
