The Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing ARTD is the enterprise Supply Chain leader for the ARTD (Alcohol Ready?to?Drink) category. This role is accountable for setting the long?term supply chain strategy, operating model, and manufacturing network required to enable scalable, compliant, and profitable growth across the ARTD portfolio. As a senior partner to ARTD leadership, this role owns end?to?end supply chain performancefrom business model and strategy through commercialization and sustained operations. The Senior Director provides system?level leadership, establishes governance and standards, and leads complex, cross?functional and cross?system teams to deliver innovation with speed, resilience, and financial discipline. Enterprise Category & Supply Chain Leadership Serve as the senior?most Supply Chain leader for the ARTD category, acting as strategic advisor to New Revenue Streams and category leadership. Set the ARTD Supply Chain agenda, including long?term strategy, operating model, governance, and performance standards. Ensure alignment between category objectives, system capabilities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise priorities. Business Model, Network, & Capability Strategy Define and evolve ARTD supply chain business models (e.g., co?manufacturing, co?pack, contract production, hybrid models) to support innovation, scale, and risk management. Own the ARTD manufacturing network strategy, including capability mapping, relationship networks, capacity planning, and geographic footprint. Lead identification, prioritization, and approval of long?term manufacturing and supply chain capabilities required to enable growth. Sponsor and approve financially rigorous business cases for investments, network optimization, and strategic relationships. Innovation, Commercialization & Portfolio Execution Provide executive oversight of supply chain inputs into innovation pipelines, feasibility assessments, and portfolio prioritization decisions. Ensure enterprise?level readiness for ARTD launches, balancing speed to market with cost, compliance, and scalability. Sponsor ARTD S&OP governance to align demand, supply, inventory, and contractual commitments across the System. Supplier and Contract Leadership Set direction and standards for contract strategy and supplier governance in partnership with Procurement, Legal, and Quality. Lead development of long?term strategic relationships with external manufacturers, co?packers, and suppliers. Ensure contract structures enable innovation, flexibility, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation across the ARTD portfolio. Hold relationships accountable for performance while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Performance, Governance & Transformation Own ARTD supply chain performance across service, cost, inventory, compliance, and risk. Establish common KPIs, tools, and best?practice processes to drive consistency and transparency across teams and key relationships. Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance resilience, scalability, and financial outcomes. Senior Director Leadership Expectations Lead with an enterprise and system mindset, optimizing outcomes beyond individual initiatives or geographies. Exercise strong judgment and decision authority on complex, ambiguous, and high?impact issues. Influence executive and senior stakeholders through clear, data?driven, and financially grounded recommendations. Build and mentor high?performing leaders and teams, fostering accountability, inclusion, and talent development. Model courageous leadership, navigating trade?offs and conflict to drive the right outcomes for the business.
