The Role
We're looking for someone who wants to build a career in tech and we're committed to giving them the platform to do it. Whether that path leads to Account Executive, customer success, product, or something else entirely, we want to invest in the right person and grow together.
To start, you'll own the top of the funnel: identifying, prospecting, and qualifying industrial distribution companies as potential BoltWise customers. This is a phone-first role. You'll be calling decision-makers - owners, VPs of Sales, VPs of Operations, and IT leads - at distributors across the country, starting conversations that turn into pipeline.
You'll work closely with the founding team to sharpen messaging, share market intel, and hand off qualified opportunities for demo and close.
What You’ll Do
Own outbound prospecting via cold calling into industrial distribution companies
Identify and contact key decision-makers at target accounts
Qualify prospects using a structured discovery framework focused on quoting volume, ERP environment, and operational pain points
Book demos and hand off to Account Executives
Maintain clean activity and pipeline data in HubSpot
Contribute to call scripts, outreach sequences, and messaging based on what's resonating in the field
Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of outbound B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
Comfortable on the phone - you don't wait for inbound, you go get it
Organized, coachable, and motivated by hitting numbers
Able to work on‑site full‑time in Denver
Experience selling vertical SaaS into industrial supply chain - distribution, manufacturing, contractors, or similar
Familiarity with industrial product categories (fasteners, PVF, MRO, Safety/PPE, Electrical, etc.)
Prior HubSpot experience

$70K–$100K OTE with uncapped commission and equity.
