Enterprise Account Executive

PAYRA, Nashville, TN, United States

Payra is building the financial infrastructure for the businesses that build America.

We automate the invoice to cash process natively inside ERPs like Viewpoint Vista, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, NetSuite, and Epicor. Construction suppliers and building materials distributors use Payra to go from invoice to cash without touching a spreadsheet.

We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help us continue our scale.

What you'll do

You'll manage and close a pipeline of large enterprise deals -- from first demo through signed contract. That means getting in front of CFOs and controllers at family-owned construction and distribution companies, earning their trust, and showing them how Payra transforms the way they get paid. You'll run product demos, build ROI cases, navigate multi-stakeholder decisions, and close.

What we're looking for

  • Enterprise software sales experience is a must - this role requires someone who knows how to navigate complex B2B deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record closing with financial buyers (CFO, Controller, VP Finance)
  • Comfortable with in-person selling - our buyers answer the phone, attend trade shows, and value relationships over decks
  • Gritty, self-directed, and genuinely motivated by selling something that matters to people who've been underserved by tech
  • Familiarity with ERPs or the construction/distribution industry is a strong plus

What you'll get

  • OTE above $200K with the opportunity to close very large deals
  • Ground-floor opportunity to help build the revenue playbook at a post-Series A fintech with real product-market fit

Why Payra

We're not a generic SaaS company. Our customers run multi-generational businesses, employ hundreds of people, and have been running strong for decades. When they switch to Payra, they cut DSO by 35% on average, eliminate manual reconciliation, and free up their finance teams. That's a real outcome for real people and it's a different kind of sale.

If you've ever wanted to sell something you genuinely believe in, to buyers who appreciate the relationship, this is it.
