Full Cycle Account Executive

We’re hiring a full-time Sales Account Executive to own revenue end to end, from outbound pipeline generation through close and expansion. This role is remote, with hybrid flexibility depending on location.

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through signed contract and expansion

Generate pipeline through outbound and strategic prospecting

Sell into SMB and mid-market companies billing $400K+ per month in invoice volume

Target service-heavy businesses such as marketing agencies, consulting firms, dev shops, staffing firms, construction companies, property management groups, and high-growth B2B startups

Run structured discovery and manage multi-stakeholder conversations with Finance and executive buyers

Lead competitive conversations and clearly articulate differentiation in workflow, pricing structure, and financial impact

Close high-AIV accounts where $5M+ in annual invoice volume runs through the platform

Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and operate with full accountability to quota

Who You Are

You operate like an owner and thrive in full-cycle sales environments

You build pipeline instead of waiting for it

You’re confident navigating executive conversations and driving urgency

You take accountability for your number and close with consistency

Required Experience

Background at Brex, Ramp, Plaid, Mercury, Flex, or a similar high-growth B2B fintech platform

Consistently carried and hit strong Annualized Invoice Volume

Closed multiple six-figure AIV deals

Experience selling fintech, payments, invoicing, or invoice-volume-based products

Demonstrated ability to win competitive deals and displace incumbents

Self-sourced and built pipeline through outbound and strategic prospecting

Comfortable selling into Finance and executive stakeholders within SMB and mid-market environments

Core Skills

CRM and pipeline management using HubSpot, Close, or Salesforce

Outbound sequencing and automation tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or Outreach

Strong written and verbal communication

Engagement & Compensation

Approximately 40 hours per week

Base Compensation Bonus Structure

Milestone-based bonuses tied to Annualized Invoice Volume

OTE: $150,000 - $175,000+ with uncapped upside
