To support the growth of our German companies and strengthen our visibility in the German market, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer – Germany Your role As Marketing & Communications Officer you are responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication activities for our German operating companies (Mayer, Innotec and RJ). Your focus lies on strengthening employer branding, increasing brand visibility and supporting commercial growth in the German market. You translate the group-wide marketing strategy into locally relevant campaigns and work closely with local management, HR and sales teams in Germany. Some examples of task can be: Manage LinkedIn presence and content for the German companies Support trade fairs and customer events Coordinate website updates and marketing materials Support recruitment marketing together with HR In addition, you collaborate closely with marketing colleagues in the Netherlands to ensure alignment with the group-wide marketing approach. The role requires you to regularly work from our locations in Germany and from our headquarters in Oss, the Netherlands. Bachelor’s degree and working experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a technical or industrial environment Strong understanding of employer branding and B2B marketing Able to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage What we offer A role with significant responsibility within an international and growing high‑tech group Competitive salary depending on experience 30 vacation days (based on full-time employment) Travel allowance Have we piqued your interest?
